A pizza delivery driver has had a lucky escape, after he fought off a group of teenagers in an alleged attempted robbery in Port Augusta over the weekend.
CCTV Footage obtained by Seven News shows the driver being coaxed out of his car on Hicks Street by an unknown male and a group of youths, who then attempted to assault him.
It also alleged the unknown man tried to steal money from the delivery driver in the altercation.

The driver was not seriously injured and police are now investigating the incident.
