A Brahma Lodge man has been arrested after an incident in the northern suburbs of Adelaide that led into the Mid North.
Police were called to Caloundra Drive at Paralowie yesterday morning following reports that a man was passed out behind the wheel of a black Holden HSV Commodore in the middle of the road.
It is believed the car had reserved into another vehicle before driving off.
The car was later spotted without its rear bumper on Fairbanks Drive and reported driving erratically on the Port Wakefield Highway.
PolAir tracked the vehicle travelling west on the Copper Coast Highway as it turned on to Lime Kiln Road, where Yorke Mid North police successfully spiked its tyres.
The vehicle went off road into paddocks adjacent to Kulpara Road, before coming to a stop on Upper Yorke Road at Ninnes.
The driver attempted to run off, but was arrested in a paddock.
During a search of the vehicle, police allegedly located 200gms of Methamphetamine and liquid steroids.
The 31-year-old man is being interviewed by police.
