Police are asking the public for assistance to identify a burnt out vehicle in Whyalla.
Emergency services were called to scrubland near Whyalla Jenkins just after 9:30pm on Sunday, following reports of a vehicle fire.
The fire was extinguished a short time later.

The identity of the car’s owner is still unknown.
The vehicle is described as a burgundy Peugeot 307 hatchback. Its registration, VIN and engine number have not been identified.
